Hustlin' · hustlin.org · A real inbox, not a ticket queue

Hustlin' is a small operation. There is no support department, no chatbot, and no phone tree — messages go to a person who reads them. That cuts both ways: you will get a real answer, and it may take a couple of days.

The addresses below are split by topic only so the important ones don't get buried. If you're not sure which applies, use the first one.

Where to send it

Everything, and anything we got wrong

[email protected]

Questions about a lesson, a calculator that returned something that looks off, a broken link, a page that won't load, press enquiries, or a topic you wish we covered. Typical reply time is two to three business days.

Corrections to a published figure

[email protected] — put “correction” in the subject line.

Contribution caps, benefit limits, tax thresholds and interest rates change, and pages carrying year-specific numbers say which year they reflect and when they were last verified. If one of them has gone stale, or a rule changed, or we simply got a number wrong — tell us. We will check it against the body that publishes it, fix the page, and update the verification date. Corrections get read first. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong about something that affects someone's benefits or savings.

Course access and payments

[email protected]

Bought a course and can't reach it, or signed in and the content didn't unlock? Email from the address you used at checkout and say which course — that is usually enough to find the purchase and fix access. Payment, tax and refund handling sits with Stripe as merchant of record; the Terms of Service explain what that means for disputes and cancellation rights.

Organizations, programs and curriculum

Work With Us

Reentry programs, credit unions, libraries, workforce boards, disability services and schools: the material is free to use with the people you serve, and the form on that page collects what we need to help. It reaches the same inbox — the form just saves a round trip of questions.

Privacy and legal

[email protected] · [email protected]

Data access, correction and deletion requests, cookie and advertising questions, and anything covered by the Privacy Policy go to the privacy address. Terms, licensing and rights questions go to the legal address.

One thing we can't do

We can't tell you what to do with your money. Not because we're being cagey — because we're not licensed to. Hustlin' is an educational publisher, not a registered investment adviser, financial planner, broker, tax preparer, benefits counselor or law firm. Everything on this site is general education.

So a question like “here are my numbers, should I take the 401(k) loan?” will get an honest answer about how 401(k) loans work and what usually goes wrong with them — and a straight recommendation to take the specifics to someone who can look at your whole situation and is accountable for the advice. Where a decision genuinely needs a professional, the relevant page says so and points you toward the free ones first: HUD-approved housing counselors, NFCC credit counselors, WIPA benefits counselors, VITA tax sites, and Legal Aid.

Where else you'll find us

We post on X, Instagram and YouTube as @hustlin_org. Social replies are not a reliable way to reach us about a correction or an access problem — email is. How the site is written, sourced and funded is set out on the About & Editorial Standards page.
