Terms of Service

Hustlin' · hustlin.org · Last updated: 12 August 2026

Plain English summary: This site provides financial education — some free, some paid. It is not financial advice. We are not licensed advisers. All five stages of the Financial Literacy resource are open to everyone with no account at all. Every paid course lists its full curriculum on its course page before you buy, and the complete course is delivered instantly upon purchase, so we don't offer discretionary refunds — though Stripe, who is the seller of record and handles the payment, may refund within 60 days and applies whatever cancellation rights your country gives you. The listed price is the total: tax is included, nothing is added at checkout. A paid course is yours for as long as we operate the site, with no renewal charge — that means as long as the site runs, not forever. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hustlin.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Educational Content Only — Not Financial Advice

All content published on this Site — including course modules, articles, tools, calculators, videos, and any other materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

Hustlin' and its creators, contributors, and operators:

Always consult a qualified financial, tax, or legal professional before making financial decisions. Past performance referenced on this Site does not guarantee future results.

3. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Financial data, statistics, and returns referenced in course content are sourced from publicly available historical data and are provided for educational illustration only. They are not projections of future performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hustlin', its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, or reliance on educational content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, course materials, tools, code, logos, and design, is the property of Hustlin' or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may:

You may not:

Third-party names and trademarks. This Site names banks, brokerages, credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, data providers, publishers and other companies, because the subject cannot be taught without naming them. Those names, brands and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification and education only. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and none of those companies have reviewed or approved anything on this Site.

Copyright complaints. If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, or you have found our material republished elsewhere, our notice and counter-notice process is set out on the DMCA & Copyright page. Notices go to [email protected].

6. Accounts, Purchases, and Refunds

Accounts. Access to course content requires a free Hustlin' account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single individual. Sharing your login, or redistributing course content in any form, is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.

Free and paid content. Some courses are free and require no account. Where a course, or any portion of a course, is offered at no charge, that is stated on the course page itself. Paid courses are sold as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no renewal charge.

What "lifetime access" means. Where we describe a paid course as including lifetime access, we mean access for as long as Hustlin' continues to operate this Site — not merely until the end of a term, and with no further payment ever required. It does not mean access forever, and we do not promise that the Site will exist indefinitely. If we retire a course you have purchased, or cease operating the Site, we will make a reasonable effort to give you advance notice by email to the address on your account. Access is personal to your account and is not transferable.

Changes to course content. Courses are revised from time to time. Where we revise a course you have purchased, those revisions are included at no extra cost. We do not commit to any particular schedule or volume of updates, and we may add, alter, reorganise or remove individual modules as the material is improved or as underlying facts change.

Payment and who you are buying from. Payments are processed by Stripe using Stripe Managed Payments, which means Stripe acts as the merchant of record — the seller of record for your transaction. We never receive or store your card details. Your card statement and receipt will show Stripe rather than Hustlin'.

Prices include tax. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or GST due in your country. Stripe calculates, collects, and remits that tax to the relevant authority. The price shown on the course page is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout. Stripe may display the equivalent amount in your local currency. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Refunds. Course content is digital, and the complete course is delivered and accessible in full immediately upon purchase. For that reason we do not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges, and each course page sets out the full stage-by-stage curriculum, the number of modules, and the price before you buy. Please review it and make sure the course is right for you.

However, because Stripe is the merchant of record, refunds are ultimately Stripe's decision, not ours. Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase in certain circumstances, including to resolve a payment dispute. Where Stripe refunds a purchase, access to the course ends. Nothing in this section restricts that.

Cancellation rights. Consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and some other jurisdictions have a statutory period — usually 14 days — in which to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe applies those consumer protection rules directly, including any cooling-off period that applies where you live. You do not need to do anything to preserve that right, and we do not ask you to give it up. If you believe you are entitled to cancel, contact us at [email protected] and we will point you to Stripe's process.

Chargebacks. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe manages payment disputes. Where a purchase is charged back or refunded, access to that course ends. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] first — it is usually faster than a dispute, and we would rather fix the problem.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state that cannot be waived by agreement.

7. Advertising

This Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and may be personalized based on your browsing history and interests. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for advertised products or services. Ad revenue helps fund the free content on this Site.

For information on how Google uses data from ads, see: Google's Advertising Policies. To opt out of personalized ads, visit Google Ads Settings.

8. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you agree to receive educational content, course updates, and announcements from Hustlin'. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site contains links to third-party websites, resources, and tools. These links are provided for educational reference only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

10. Course Progress and Data

Without an account. Your course progress is saved in your browser's localStorage, on your own device. Clearing your browser data erases it, and it does not follow you to another device or browser.

With an account. If you create an account, your progress is also saved to our servers so it follows you between devices, and your purchases are recorded there so we know which courses to unlock. What we hold and how long we hold it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Either way, we are not responsible for loss of progress data, and progress records are a convenience feature rather than a record you should rely on for any other purpose.

11. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

12. Your Submissions

If you send us anything — a correction, a question, feedback, a testimonial, an outreach or partnership message, or material submitted through any program we run — you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it for the purpose of operating and improving the Site, including quoting it in a correction note, a lesson, or marketing, with attribution where it makes sense.

Please do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share. We do not accept unsolicited confidential or proprietary submissions, and we cannot treat what you send as a secret. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustlin' and the people who operate it from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of someone else's rights, or anything you submit to us. This does not limit any right you have that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Governing Law

The Site is operated by Hustlin'. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
